my story
For more than a decade, I built a life that looked “perfect” on paper, dedicated to achieving each next milestone.
I was a big law attorney in Chicago, with a shiny office overlooking the river at the highest-grossing law firm in the world. It was everything I had worked so hard for and thought I had wanted.
Yet a quiet question kept surfacing:
Is this really it?
I was exhausted, constantly stressed, and my life revolved around my career. The first thing I did every morning was check my email, often jumping straight out of bed and onto my laptop. I stayed up late into the night, only to do it all over again.
It wasn’t until the heartbreak of realizing I needed to end my first marriage that I finally had to face what I had been ignoring.
Yes, I was a great lawyer. But was I happy?
For the first time in a long time, I allowed myself to truly hear the answers to the questions I had spent years ignoring.
What did I actually want? What mattered to me? Was I living a life that actually reflected those things?
I left my law practice.
I put everything I owned into storage and solo traveled with my dog, with no plan other than to re-center my life around my joy and freedom. I jumped out of a plane and found my confidence again at 10,000 feet. I met my inner child on a cliffside and allowed myself to fully step into my spirituality. I found laughter, friendship, and ease in France.
Along the way, I began the journey of the deep inner work.
I healed old patterns.
I questioned and rewrote self-limiting beliefs.
I nurtured parts of myself I had tucked away for years.
Little by little, I returned to myself and my own knowing.
Now, I support women who feel that same call toward something more.
Women whose old lives no longer fit.
Women who feel themselves awakening, realigning, and being guided toward lives rooted in fulfillment, ease, and authenticity.
The River
The Returning River is rooted in the belief that we all carry an inner current.
A part of us that knows when something is no longer working, when we've drifted away from ourselves, and when life is asking us to grow in a new direction.
It's the quiet voice beneath the noise.
The feeling that there must be something more.
The knowing that another way is possible.
My work is about helping you hear that voice more clearly, trust it, and take meaningful action on what you discover.
my work
I walk beside women who feel the call toward something more, yet find themselves overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected.
Women who sense that something in their life is asking to change.
Their work.
Their relationships.
How they spend their time.
What truly matters.
At the heart of my work is the ability to see the stories, patterns, and beliefs shaping your experience, especially the ones that have become so familiar you no longer notice them, and help you shift your perspective.
We'll explore what's keeping you stuck, uncover what no longer fits, and create space for new possibilities to emerge.
Through thoughtful conversation, practical reflection, intuitive insight, and personalized support, I help women reconnect with themselves and move forward with greater clarity, trust, and intention.
Maybe you're here because you've achieved the things you once thought would make you happy. Maybe you're successful on paper, but something still feels off.
Maybe you know something needs to change, but you can't quite see what that change is yet.
I've been there.
You don't have to have everything figured out before you begin.
You only need a willingness to get curious about what is no longer working and what might be possible instead.
If that resonates, I'd love to meet you.
